Coupled Fixed Point Theorems in Partially Ordered Cone Metric Spaces
This paper is concerned with mixed monotone mappings in partially ordered cone metric spaces. We establish several fixed point theorems, which generalize and complement some known results. Especially, even in a partially ordered metric space, our main results are generalizations of the fixed point theorems due to Bhaskar and Lakshmikantham [T. Grana Bhaskar, V. Lakshmikantham, Fixed point theor...
متن کاملSome Generalizations of Fixed Point Theorems in Cone Metric Spaces
We generalize, extend, and improve some recent fixed point results in conemetric spaces including the results of H. Guang and Z. Xian 2007 ; P. Vetro 2007 ; M. Abbas and G. Jungck 2008 ; Sh. Rezapour and R. Hamlbarani 2008 . In all our results, the normality assumption, which is a characteristic of most of the previous results, is dispensed. Consequently, the results generalize several fixed re...
متن کاملSome Fixed Point Theorems in Cone Rectangular Metric Spaces
In this paper we establish some fixed point theorems in cone rectangular metric spaces setting. Our results improve and extend the recent known results. Mathematics Subject Classification: 54H25, 47H10.
متن کاملCoupled coincidence point and common coupled fixed point theorems in complex valued metric spaces
In this paper, we introduce the concept of a w-compatible mappings and utilize the same to discuss the ideas of coupled coincidence point and coupled point of coincidence for nonlinear contractive mappings in the context of complex valued metric spaces besides proving existence theorems which are following by corresponding unique coupled common fixed point theorems for such mappings. Some illus...
متن کاملSome New Fixed Point Theorems in Fuzzy Metric Spaces
Motivated by Samet et al. [Nonlinear Anal., 75(4) (2012), 2154-2165], we introduce the notions of $alpha$-$phi$-fuzzy contractive mapping and $beta$-$psi$-fuzzy contractive mapping and prove two theorems which ensure the existence and uniqueness of a fixed point for these two types of mappings. The presented theorems extend, generalize and improve the corresponding results given in the literature.
